Students will be evaluated and grades will be calculated on the following:
*Daily work *Quizzes *Varied textbook assignments (Any activity that is part of the process of learning new material or practicing or refining a skill)
*Culminating performance tasks *Performance assessments (Activities that are a culmination of a unit of study, a major project, or those to which a significant length of class time has been devoted)

Make Up Work Policy:
When absent in the computer department, students must make teacher contact upon returning to school. Arrangements must be made to make up missing work. Assignments should be completed in a reasonable amount of time in accordance with the school handbook guidelines for makeup time.
